I did like the gamecube controller but I have to say xbox has the best controller and I am no fanboy. Plus that controller doesnt look like the gamecube controller.I heard the 360 coming out in spring and ps3 coming out a bit later and thats when halo 3 will come out also. Both have continuously decreased in price year on year into their life, its quite likely PS3 will do the same. It can go up because each generation thats what seems to happen. And I disagree with a maxmium, two years ago I never would have pictured paying 60 bucks for a video game but here I am today. asdfa 0 Report post Posted May 18, 2005 it seems that the video game generation from the 80's and 90's has grown up and gotten jobs, and now more and more older people are playing video games, so i see no reason why not to increase the price. if they can make moeny offering premium things, why not? leave it to nintendo to cater to kids, nintendo owns that market anyways.about the controller, i still think the original Playstation "dual shock" controller is the best. the game cube one is comfortable but it feels like on of those bop-it things with all the different buttons. the xbox is a bit clunky and isn't good for games where you really need to press buttons fast. this ps3 thing looks more like an art deco phone than something that i'd want to mash Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I remember video games being $120 cdn on NES and SNES (namely that Shaq Warrior game), so video game prices have dropped from when I was an "avid" gamer.
