Wasn't moog the goalie when they broke the streak? I am feeling a litle John Casey for that as well, but I could be off. An exact year may help.

Moog became a Bruin first when Boston sent Ranford and X to the Oilers for him. X player had a brother playing for the NHL. They are both pretty well known players.

That God awful "Five-Hole" deal came a few years after that.

Oh yea Moog did play some games but was the backup.

A specific year would be to easy to look up :)

Pretty sure Lemelin was in goal when the B's finally took the Habs down.

You got it Chippa. It was Reggie.

No takers on the other Bruins player that was part of the Bruins / Oil deal and Moog/Ranford?

This ones pretty easy two:

Who did the Bruins draft with the pick they got in the Neely trade AND what two players were picked before that number 3 overall?

VERY WELL KNOWN players no less.

I'm going with one of the Courtnall boys.

Geoff was indeed part of the Oil trade.

The other question relates to the 1986 draft ...

Look at my old post....IT's turgeon 1st and shanahan 2nd....Sakic was also drafted the same year.

edit: glen wesley was the pick

Ahhh I missed that. Rumor was that the B's wanted Shanny in the worst way but had to take Glen.

I tough Irish kid in Boston with Cam and Adam would have been incredible.

After spending 15 years in the NHL, how many goals did Brad Marsh have during his 1,086 regular season game appearances?

Who was Alex Connel playing for while setting the record of 6 consecutive shutouts?
