Wait on Eagles

I've been waiting about 6 weeks for my Eagle customs which I expected.I looked up some estimated wait lengths but they ranged from 5 weeks to 6+ months. It got me wondering how long everyone else on here waited to get theirs?

I just placed an order for a pair of custom X70i's and they told me to expect them at the end of September.

I got X70i in nylon with Custom Name on the cuff and my last name on the high cuff. I was going to get some more stuff, but decided it wasnt nessesary for the cost. Was only about $160 shipped.

How did YOU go about customizing your eagles? My brother tried it through our local source for sports and NEVER got them... he got stock x70's though... plus some store cred.

I went through Epuck. But I didnt get custom colors which would have complicated things. I just sent them an email with the specs I wanted and then called to give them my credit card number and everything.

I waited ~6 weeks for mine to come from the warehouse. Vapor's been waiting a long time, or did he get his?

umm no, you pay additional fees for custom gloves and features from eagle. you fill out a spec sheet with ur lhs and they help u out

Team orders qualify for a discount, minimum is 12-15.

Actually you have to go through your local lhs to get them, and the lhs gets part of the profit i belive. You dont just go directly to eagle

These guys are ordering through pro shops. Besides, isn't Larry your rep? Nobody responds as fast as he does.

But you have to go through a shop...Im pretty sure anyway. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. And the shop usually doesn't give a straight price so they get something out of it.

LOL. I got my gloves a while ago. I just dropped off of the board for months. I got my gloves in November. It took me about 8 months from order to doorstep. I originally ordered Parthons I think? I cant even remember what the name of that glove w as suppose to be from eagle. Well to make a long story short, they never ended up producing this phantom glove. The specs on it were split fingers mustang palms and so much more goodness. The factory couldnt make them up to the standards of the eagle legacy, so they sent me some X80s. I got Nylon, name stiched on the cuff and design 4 (checkerboard fingers) in Maroon and Grey. Great gloves.

There we go, Paragaons. The order wasnt actually screwed up. Eagle just decided not to make the glove that I ordered. From the date I found that out, it still took about 6 months to make the glove.

yep eagle takes along time for gloves but from what ive seen there sweet and good quality

I custom ordered a pair of Eagle's from epuck on April 28th. Nothing as of today.

I have talked to both epuck and Eagle, and the hold up was the goat skin (so they tell me). They had expected a shipment - they get it from overseas - and it was late, causing all orders to be slow / late.

Last Friday, I talked to Eagle, and the woman told me that they had just gotten their shipment of goat skin, so they were back under way, filling orders as quickly as possible.

p.s. I love epuck and all, but I was quoted, end of MAY for these gloves (and I understand that this info came from Eagle...I hope they are worth the wait).

I got mine throught Epuck to they told me 5 weeks but I didnt really expect to get them in that. I ordered mine the week after my b-day May 15th and havent heard anything yet. Doesnt bother me as long as I get them by the start of next seasons games in September...
