Photoshopped Equipment

Recommended Posts

Someone's been using ImageReady...

It's quite simple actually. Just make them in the different colors and animate.

You could not be anymore correct. Imageready is very very very easy to use. Just wait until i start using FlashMX to animate equipment.

Very nice job Thockey!

I use photoshop 7, and i dont know it already, how you aplly texture (not patterns)?

Like having an image (jpg, bmp, whatever...) and use it on the skate without loosing details on the background, like the burberry eastons or the helmet with flames.

Find the pattern/texture/fill/etc. on the web. Then copy and paste it over the picture you want it on in photoshop. Then just play with the blending options in the layers pallete. Just use the one you think looks most realistic.

I have Jasc Photo Paint Shop Pro 8. Im really getting frustrated with it. How do i change the material and stuff. I dont get how to do the color changes. Im very confused with it.

I have also Paint Shop Pro 7.

Only thing you can do with it it's uninstall.

You find Adobe Photoshop user friendly? I've only tried using it a couple of times at thought it was a pain in the ass - I've been using photo impact, which although not quite as powerful is still pretty good, but a lot easier to use.

photoshop isn't so "user friendly" because its geared towards industry professionals. Other programs such as paint and what not are more for the recreational user, which is why they're more user-friendly. Thats not to say anyone can use photoshop (some of you guys do some great stuff!). It just takes a little more know-how.

ps- i said i would post some stuff i did on adobe illustrator for you guys. I went to upload my files to photbucket and the server wasn't accepting my files for some reason (yes i converted the file formats before i tried). I'll try again when get a chance
