Just go to google and type in something along the lines of "Photoshop CS4 tutorial" there are masses of them out there, including a lot of short easy to follow type ones on youtube.

The lasso tool is your best friend. Just remember that, first and foremost.

JR dropping hints! Personally I'd like to see an all black X:60 with red on the X-ribs. Nothing flashy but just a dark dark red that fades to light as it gets near the toes.
