mack 44 Report post Posted November 30, 2005 Had that site for some time. The key is picking multiple artists or you get stuck with crap.
Project_2501 0 Report post Posted November 30, 2005 Well, you can't simply plug in one artist and leave it at that.
mack 44 Report post Posted November 30, 2005 Yes, yes you can and I'm sure there would be those that tried.

Fonya 0 Report post Posted November 30, 2005 Ya that pandora is a cool site but I dont really need it seeing as I already have alot of music but it would be really useful at school when I dont have my music with me.
Squirrel 0 Report post Posted December 2, 2005 Another cool site is the "radio" Yahoo offers. Its pretty much the same thing without liscense restrictions.

jay 1 Report post Posted December 3, 2005 You can't keep skipping songs to hear different stuff. If you could I'd find it useful but as it is its pretty crap. Might as well just sample stuff on iTunes.
P5man 0 Report post Posted August 19, 2008 just discovered this so i had to revive the old thread.it's awesome. first off it's free, second you can make as many stations as you want with music you like, and it plays stuff that's similar. great way to find new music. 15yearsofhistory 0 Report post Posted August 19, 2008 It's gotten better than it was, but the advertising kills me. Every few second a new pop-out ad covers have of the player.
Archangel#16 1 Report post Posted August 19, 2008 I also don't like how you have 6 songs to skip before you're stuck with one. But otherwise it's cool to find new bands and all, if you're lucky
mxihockey 0 Report post Posted August 19, 2008 Playlist.com is good site too. Well not if your looking for new music, but you can type in pretty much any song and find it streaming.

w0ahitsm3 0 Report post Posted August 21, 2008 Heres a good one too.http://www.jango.com/You can pick the actual artist or song to play for the first play, then it will start playing stuff related to them. Plus you can pretty much skip as many songs as you want. No pop up ads or anything. Haha even know some websites online to stream movies and such, but dont believe thats allowed to be posted on here. Aww the joys of websites you find through friends while in college.

juiced 0 Report post Posted August 21, 2008 The only thing about pandora is that you can't use it if you live in canada. at least i couldn't last time i tried (about 2 months ago)
cxo 0 Report post Posted August 22, 2008 Pure Volume sucks for band pages. ProjectPlaylist is alright, sometimes it surprises you with having off-the-wall songs you didn't expect to find, and other times it never has anything that you want.
