Vector 120c - SK-11 curve?

Recommended Posts

Went to a Houston Aeros game on Friday - turns out that the equipment manager brings some player sticks up to be sold to joe-public once the game starts. Picked up a CCM Vector 120c in fantastic shape. They also had a bunch of RBK 7k's (one that I had in my hand to buy) also but decided to only get the 120c this time!

My question is that it has a SK-11 stamped on it - I've searched but couldn't find out what this is wrt lie, curve type, open-closed etc. I obviously can guess, but would like to know these details for comparison. Any thoughts of where to look? I have found type 11 curve pictures on CCM Sweden, but it's only a generic picture.

Thanks in advance,

Troy

good thought, but the stick was for Brendan Bernakevitch and he's #25 (there was a #25 written on the tape with a marker, and BB initials as well)...

Saku Koivu - 11

A guy on my team had a V-130 with SK-11 stamped on it this year, if I remember it's a Sakic clone, big mid curve..

i second that, RBK and CCM call it SK11, i didnt know it stood for Koivu, S was Sundin retail, i thought SK was short for Sakic retail, and there was also SKL skoula

that makes sense but I've seen a bunch of koivus patterns before and they are pure toe. Almost to the extent of a prospal or havlat.

I have a Vrbada V130 and it definantly is a sakic. I thought the SK stood for something like "Sakic Kurve" (Maybe it was a euro thing lol)

too bad his pro curve is a twist at the toe like prospal, but not as drastic. straight until the toe where it curves. my lhs has 12 of his sticks, completely opposite from what you just described.

I need quick help! Online store has V120T OPS for sale in curve 10 (retail). I was wondering what is it? Only pic / info I could find was this: Jofa.se catalog pic

Is it a Recchi or Doan? Thanks.

definitely not the doan. ive got one, its a pretty big heel - somewhere between a drury and a sakic. very open. my guess is thats a recchi.
