ONE90 stick?

Recommended Posts

Some of our prices here in the Montreal area are even more expensive :o :

Stealth: $310

XXX-lite: $ 320

ST: $230

SL: $260

7K: $290

10.0: $300

These prices are really high compared to some of yours and besides that there are rarely any sales. Our best now is the 05 Stealths for $230 <_<

my lhs got a couple of the NBH One90 sticks in, all lefties. I liked the feel of it a lot... light (not overly light, it won't raise eyebrows), balanced, and the grip on it was something else.. it wasn't 'tacky' like most grip sticks. They had 2 in the Lindros pattern, and 2 in the St Louis pattern. The wider taper is visually noticable, I'm assuming for durability's sake- that's a plus. I'm not a dick, so I don't walk around the store flexing every stick I pickup... so you're on your own with that one. haha.

I own both a Vapor XXX Lite, and a CNT Stealth and I must admit- right off the stick rack this one felt a lot better than the first impressions of the other 2. If I wasn't putting some cash away for One90 skates, I would have picked one up right there, just to give a whirl.

Wow... Are you kidding me... Here In Vancouver, almost every hockey store has

the same prices, and Im glad I dont live anywhere else in Canada... 300$ thats crazy!!

Well, considering you pay an additional 7% Provincial Sales Tax I don't think you save as much money as you think you might. In Alberta, we only have the 6% GST so we probably have the price advantage.

anyone know where to get a NBH ONE 90? I really want on, preferably in an 87/102 Flex, I don't want one of these 122 flex's, that's REDIC.

Most shops don't have it yet.. all of the big e-tailers are just taking preorders.

All the LHS around here have all the One series sticks already, they are all NBH First Line Dealers so that may have something to do with it.

One of the kids on my team broke a Endure, he got a one90 in return and didnt even know it was a good stick, I liked it a lot, the flex on the 87 is quite whippy which is nice and it has really good balance to it.

:o Shouldn't he have gotten like a One70 or something? Those are definetly more comparable, in terms of weight/performance. It's like if I had a Synergy 300 and sent it in for a replacement and I got an SL.

No, no it wouldn't. Opinions may be different but the Endure was a top-end OPS (in price at least) and now that it's gone, NBH really has no other choice than to replace it with another top-end stick.

a member had bought a One70 on ebay a couple of months ago. There's a pic in the Show it off thread somewhere. It's red, and kind of looks like an endure.

THat's ridiculous. MSRP is $169. Then again that shop is usually more expensive than others.

Yeah, they're not cheap.

XXXlite = $200

Adrenaline = $220

CNT Stealth = $220

:(

Miike was the member. Since I can't post any pictures from my school, it's in the Show It Off thread, page 131

On the note of warranties i jsut received a CNT stealth for a SL from easton

it happens, depending on stock...

RBK actually enclosed a letter with my brother's stick... he sent a broken 5K, and they sent him a 7K pro stock and stated "the 5k was no longer in stock"

yeah, I'm sure the manufacturers would always upgrade you in the event of being out of stock... to them, it costs nothing.

a store on the other hand, may downgrade... since they're opt to lose money.

True, I had a teammate who broke a 7K and received two 6K's as his replacement

Yea i had the One70, had just recently passed it along to Eazy_b97. I think the color scheme i had was just one of the first runs or demo colors don't quote me on that. I'm pretty sure they're supposed to be orange and blue maybe? I remember from the thread created about the One70 awhile back JR said may be around $139 i think it was.
