Thanks for the help guys! I looked at it from the front and saw it was off centered..I used the skate runners as a mark, but i guess it wasn't true or I just sucked at marking them. I reamed the holes with my dremel and centered the frame. Skated on them and 10x better. Thanks! Now onto breaking the boot in....

Love them..especially the tight turns and cross overs..I play at Bridgeville, usually pick ups for now but will join a league in the spring.

Be religious about cleaning your sprungs after playing at bridgeville. It is unbelievably dusty there and I've had a couple instances where mine seize up a little bit because of the dust.

I usually just clean them with compressed air about every 3 games or so.

I never thought of using that to clean skates. my rink is mighty dusty.

Hey Keith,

is there anything I can do to make my A6 rocker arms stronger? I've broken 3 since january. I'm really start to get annoyed and debating on whether to change back to a solid frame as buying parts and getting them shipped to the UK is expensive. Help me out? please :)

Also:

I just wanna be clear. I'm going to be attempting at putting sprungs on a pair of size 8 one95's. Should I buy the A6's or A7's?

you could go with a A7...I HAD to go with A6 and would like to have the choice between 80s and 76s..

have you been soaking them in water? this might sound strange but the material does dry out as stated in other posts. If you dont have to skate for a couple of days, take them apart clean out everything and put the rockers in a bowl of water for a day or so. I do this often just to keep them from getting brittle. OR you could take the wheels off and wrap a wet towel around the frame and rockers and they should absorb the water. Also dont tighten the pivit pin to much you put stress on the knuckles.

I skate Tuesday's and Thursday's with a game on Sunday. Whe. I had my A7 I had no problems but I think it's because they are more thicker than the A6 rocker arms.

I'm a big dude at 240lbs so maybe it's just a question of durability?

Check the website... looks like A7 frames are already in stock!

????

Which is the correct site. sprung-inline or sprunghockey?

Dumb question, I should know this. Kind of all over the place at the moment though...

THe Webster.... what size skates do you wear? You might consider moving to the A7 which has a more robust arm.

I wear a bauer X:60 skate size 7.5. I all ready have the A7 from my previous skates but I was told they would be too big to go on hence why i bought the A6's

Here are the 3 cracks since 2nd week of December.

I'm seriously considering the Hummer frame now, Just getting fed with being let down with durability issues.

I've also included a photo of a A6 rocker arm with a A7 and you can see that the area with my cracking is much more beefed up on the A7.

So I just got the acceptance fee covered on the second patent I'm getting from my original application that turned into a guaranteed threefer. A little break to maybe get some A6X arms and A7 bodies, and springs, etcetcetc, made before the final acceptance fee turns up. The A6X knuckles will be the same size as the A7/8 knuckles, so well illustrated in the Webster's pic. I'll know more in the next week or so.

And what about Sprunghead with the mind blowing spring coming out of his head? I made a bunch of full page peel and sticks and it's a beast wherever it's posted. Guaranteed to ruin an 8.5 X 11 section of whatever it gets stuck on. A few sheets of small ones next.

Please let us know when those A6X arms can be avalable. And they will fit the A6 frames?
