i use these stridex(i think) face cleaning pads and just thuroghly whipe off my forehead and chin area with them. this helps out a lot for me~

I think I have the same issue with my chinstrap-- Going to try pouring boiling water on it and see if that helps.

Dont use boiling water lol, just use rubbing alcohol... A lot more safe

I wear the UA skull cap - had to when I had the Carbster.

Bald head and sweat don't mix.

and once a month i soak my helmet in hot water and detergent

I just used some rubbing alcohol and cleaned my lid out...but afterwards was thinking of possible consequences. Doesn't alcohol break down the glue and foam?

I just meant for cleaning the chin strap out. If you make at 3 parts water and 1 part alcohol, I dont see there being a problem, but dont qute me on it. And boiling water will melt and do shit to your padding and glue
