Stealth S15 skates

Recommended Posts

weres JR when we need him

I zoomed in quite a bit and they don't look like eastons

They got the traces of the synergy look, and I am pretty sure Heater is a big Easton guy. The only possibility would be that its the new Vapor which I doubt.

Yah they do have the easton look but when you zoom in you can see they dont have thatt glossy finish on the composite part.

Like on the 1500s

I REALLY don't think that they are Bauers, I think for bauer that would probably be a step backwards in the design area. They have the easton toe and back, so I am guessing that they are probably eastons.

There is a topic around here on the vapors, 99% of the people said that Bauer will most likely keep the 'vapor' name.

Stealth skates. No Joke. I talked with my easton rep a few months ago about the next easton skate (I asked if CNT synergys were going to be next) and he said the next NEW version of the composite skates will be under the stealth line.

The topic mentioned that the Vapor XXXX will be debuting this year in the NHL i'm pretty sure.

Let the markdowns and close-outs begin on 1500s! Lets see, I had them in the shop for 5 months before they were "old." The sale starts next week-end! When the Easton rep wonders why no skates on the booking, I'll just circle 10/4/06 as the reason why. Remember when waiting until the All-Star Game was the big tease for new product? Those days are over.

Yeah those are definitely ugly. Is Heatley using another Custom Stealth, this time, the CNT? It looks to be all black...like his last Stealth.

Sorry to highjack this thread but do you think the one90s wil be out for a while before being replaced?

I know the xxx were out for a couple of years before the one90s came out.

And if the one90s are gonna be replaced do you think the new xxxx will be better then them

2years seems to be the lifespan for CCM/Bauer skate lines. Easton seems like 1 year anymore.

stealth would make sense following the other line of products

But they just got around to branding everything as "synergy" products.

Easton has been that way for a while.

I can kind of see the business reasons, but it still screws the shops. I could see them using a carry our skates or you can't get the sticks deal going soon. Unless that's now the case(maybe everycompany is that way I don't know).

Some give incentives to carry certain pieces of equipment, others require you to buy stuff you don't want in order to get something you do want.

It has been a long time since we have carried Easton skates. Pretty soon though, you want the sticks.......carry the skates.

Anyways that does suck for dealers that did order skates. I don't want to go into the online/closeout debate, but pretty soon what will be the point of even carrying skates at the LHS.... At the very least several shops better adjust their buying patterns.
