Down towards the bottom near the blade, it looks like maybe a logo of two hockey sticks crossed and then a name. Can anyone make that out?

This is gonna sound stupid, but I got some images off Getty, and in one of them, near the top of the shaft, I think it looks like "Compaq". Lol...and it wouldn't be the first stick called "Evolution". I googled it, and Branches had a woodie named that a couple years back.

This was brought up in another thread, too. It does say evolution on it, and it was suggested that it's a Montreal

edit: the wording at the bottom looks like it says "composite" to me.

I, too, think it says "Compaq" on the shaft. It at least says something starting with "COM-" on it.

It sorta has that old Montreal look to it. However, the Montreal composites are all Nitros now.

salming does make a stick called the evolution if i'm not mistaking. Maybe it's a new to-be-released stick?

I think I saw Samuelsson using the white Evolution on Friday night, and I'd assume if this Morreau stick was a Salming they'd have it in Samuelsson's hands as well.

Looks like a 1-piece Ballistik. The letters in the word "Composite" has the same look as the writing on the stock Ballistik sticks..

Actually, they did pay the licensing fee this year.

But there's no logo on the stick and judging by Ballistik's new graphics, the stick would look sharper than this one.
