Best bands that you're not listening to.

Recommended Posts

I didn't read through every page but for those of you who enjoy a band with a great singer, check out the band Flaw. They have two albums, Through the Eyes and Endangered Species. This is one of my top 3 favorite bands. (They're supposed to be getting together for a third album due later this year)

The singer also is a part of Five Bolt Main, but that band is a little heavier.

Alright, I have hands down found the best bass player I have ever herd. I honestly think he is better than Claypool. His name is Aram Bedrosian and he just released his self titled solo album. It has inspired me to train alot more with my bass. Here is a Video for his song Humpty Dumpty

I really liked their song Payback. It was in Project Gotham 2, and thats how I heard of them. Their albums were pretty decent, but I doubt they're getting back together for a third. But what do I know. I don't follow them.

It was hear say, nothing concrete. I would like for it to happen though. Why do you say you doubt it?

And one of my favorite bassists using the "funk fingers," Tony Levin

Levin's chapman stick videos are great as well.

Rise Against

Ignite

all of those are rock, punk, melodic harcore.. whatever u wanna label them.

Radiohead is an awesome band.. but umm theres some circumstances u need in order for them to be really good. lol

No one who listed those bands can goof on Radiohead. I hate to ever goof on someone's music choice but it's unavoidable when someone lists that crap and goofs on another band, let alone a good one.

Yeah, because it's usually a compliment to imply that you need to be stoned to listen to them.

No, sorry, I can't keep it to myself that Alexisonfire is utter crap.

i've always found radiohead quite feminine. and when i think about it, i've only known girls that have been really into radiohead. oh, and one gay guy that really liked them...not that there's anything wrong with that (lol). i listen to plenty of female bands, even some feminine ones, but radiohead has just never really appealed to me. vocals are too pretty and whiny for me. i don't dislike them, but i don't like them either.
