odp 0 Report post Posted December 4, 2006 That would be pretty slick. However, maybe your best bet is someone with old catalogues from each year and they could scan them?

DamnLocust 0 Report post Posted December 5, 2006 The original had a green kevlar wrap (similar to the brown ultralites), and no grip was available.I always thought the second generation was the metal matrix z bubble, but could be mistaken. the blue was nongrip, and silver was grip for that generation. The current ('06) Z Bubbles are chrome for nongrip and orange for grip.

As far as I can remember, the blue Z-Bubble wasn't available until the MM had been done a way with.
DamnLocust 0 Report post Posted December 5, 2006 they were definitely available simultaneously, and im almost positive that they were released at the same time as well. Within a week, one teammate got a blue Z Bub, and another got the silzer Z Bub Grip. IIRC, this was in 2004, when they came out. The look of the blue was very similar to that of the silver, but I'm not sure if it actually had the metal weave or not.
All Torhs Team 0 Report post Posted December 5, 2006 Thanks for the help you guys could give. I'm pretty sure the one Im looking for is the orignal Z bubble. The all green one with the yellow in the middle.I searched google images for a while and found nothing, and couldnt find a online store that still had them. Chadd 916 Report post Posted December 5, 2006 They were discontinued years ago, most shops don't like to have dead inventory sit on the floor that long and blew them out. The most likely place to find one is Peranis. It seems like they have really old stuff in the shops more often than anywhere else I've seen. The old stuff usually isn't online but it is in the shops. Rustpot 1 Report post Posted December 9, 2006 http://cgi.ebay.com/SR-EASTON-ZBUBBLE-HOCK...1QQcmdZViewItemThey're on ebay from time to time. My buddy has the green one, he loves it, has used it for years as a backup, and uses it for drop-in once a week.No paint-chipping with that model, so wear isn't apparent if there is even any
TCsnipes9 0 Report post Posted December 9, 2006 im not sure if this counts for "generations" but there was actually two different graphics for the green ones. the one posted above is after they changed to the oval E, and there was one before that which had the E inside the box. i dont think there were any changes to the actual stick tho.
