How to Watch the All-Star Game?

Yeah, my family doesn't really watch TV too much and we can basically live with the typical channels so we don't have 100+ channels or anything and this includes not getting Versus. Is there anyway to watch the Young Stars and All-Star games if you don't have Versus? Are any online sites streaming it live, or are any individuals planning on streaming it live? Otherwise I'm going to have to use one of my friends.

I hate the fact that the NHL isn't on a more readily available network like it used to be on ESPN.

VS is available to nearly as many homes as ESPN, the numbers aren't far off.

Where is Chico when you need him???? I think Chadd clearly articulated that the number of homes receiving Vs. is not much lower than those receiving ESPN.

I don't want to debate Vs. and ESPN ratings it was just an ignorant side note, the fact is that I don't get Versus and I just want to know if there are any other ways to watch the all-star game.

I believe VS is available to 78% of the number of households as compared to ESPN. The percentage drops somewhat when you factor in that ESPN showed virtually all of the games on ESPN2 the last year of their contract.

there is a difference between avalible and recieving. VS is avalible to most US homes, almost as many as ESPN, but most cable operators include it as a premium channel. ESPN is included by most, if not all, cable operators as a regular cable channel.

The most basic options don't generally include ESPN, but it is usually at a lower tier than VS. It comes with the minimum level I need for HD. Then again I have comcast so there's no political battle between my cable company and VS.

The good days, when the all star game was on Saturday at 3 PM on ABC.

Fixed..

Hockey on ESPN was horrible, it wasn't a big loss for the league. Seriously im a Wings fan and I got tired of the shitty matchups. You can only take so many Wings vs Blues games as a fan, I can only imagine some random person turning on the game to watch.

I also don't get VS as it's not available where I live. (even as a premium channel) Any other suggestions? (I don't think many sports bars in my area will be showing it as hockey is not so huge in my immediate area)

Would anyone be willing to burn it to a dvd for me?
