I was just wondering if anyone has been down to Hawkquarters in downtown Chicago lately...if so how was it? Ill be going down there sometime within the next week or so, but if anyone knows how the inventory is that would be great.

Did you notice if they had any sticks in right hand? Last time I was there they had a ton of Bell V110's and some Koho's but nothing at all RH I was pretty disapointed.

The sticks should all still be $100 right? I believe thats what they priced them as, I think that also had wood blades for like $10 and the gloves are all $80, but as Buzz stated the majority of them are pretty beat up and not worth the $80.

I was there for a conference last June, and was there, all they had then were lefties then too.

However, all their pro-stock, game used skates were only $100 a pair.

Some were pretty beat up obviously, but there were a couple of pairs of XXX and a pair of easton 1500's there, not in my size, but great value if you have time to look.

Yep thats exactly what I seen when I was there, probably June or July...I know the website says they got their last shipment in on 1/1/07 so hopefully they have more of a selection

i was there in the fall. I don't remember the stick prices but they were in the $80+ range. Some looked like they were in great shape. Not many RH though.

Most of the gloves were pretty beat up, there were a few decent pairs but you had to dig for them. The pants all were in rough shape. T

There were not many skates when i was there, and many were really beat up.

I am not sure how often they get stuff in. I wish i would have noticed this over the weekend, i would have run down and took a look.

The best times to hit the shop are about two weeks after the end of the season and right before the start of the regular season when the rosters are finalized. I was there in Sept and got a couple pair of pants and passed on some nylon Pro Tack gloves. (regret that one)

Buzz no luck on the Seabrook skates.

They still had a mess of Bell 110s. A few Keith Vectors and RBKs and 1 dolomite that had the thickest blade ever. Some hamilton SLs. 3 Stuart Fuels 1 was chipped at the blade. About 8 Nitros. Some Lapointe Warriors. Sharp XXX-Lites, Cullimore had jsut about every ccm/rbk stick there. Alot of Vectors and other stuff I cant remember.

Skates they had about 8 pairs of XXXs 2 pairs of Dressed up one90s 2 pairs of vectors, a pair of Grafs, some Rebellion skates, 1 pair of 1300s some old CCMS, and 1 pair of Vapor 10s.

Gloves were just a pair of Eastons with the E on the cuff torn to shit, Brand new CCM Leather pro tacks, and a slightly used pair of Missions.

For my self I picked up 2 Arnason Dolomites and 1 Stuart Fuel.
