This is a new site I guess, prices are alittle high, but they have a pretty good selection and you can get your name stamped on any stick.

Im not affiliated with this site, just thought I would pass it along.

Would be sweet if they had more than CCM/RBK, and pictures of the curves to boot.....Also, the name stamping thing is a pretty cool idea.

Scratch that, I saw an 8 on there! Wow, I didn't even know players used anything higher than 6 or 7.

Well I've had Drury clone Arnotts and Arnotts that were like Sakic retails on crack, so the curve could be right. Flex and lie seem off to me but who knows.

Before I cut the blade on my prostock ST, the blade had like a 7 lie or something like that. I couldn't play with it, thus resulting in me cutting it and sticking a new blade in..

those lies all seem way off. spezza uses a real low lie - no way its a 5.5. hossa's are also low - not a 6.5. i would guess you could take 1.5 off to get an idea of what they really are.

Yeah that's not going to work because Arnott's at least a 5.5 and it's a 5 on the site. The site seems solid but needs to learn how valuable product pictures would be so they don't end up being Hockey Monkeyish.

the prices don't bother me, but they need to be more specific on the curves, and offer a wider selection.

How do they have a Mario Lemieux Left handed pro-stock? Did he keep a wrong hand stick around to even things up when he got bored dominating games?

Blade pics would be great as would flex ratings or estimates at least, prices aren't bad but without much detail on curves, flex and accurate lie I'd rather stick with retail.

I'm wondering if you get your name put over the existing name on the shaft, how are you sure which one you got? Great site in theory but the practise leaves something to be desired.

I have one of Derek Morris's RBK Sickick sticks, and the curve is moderate to deep. This site lists the curve as slight.

I do like that site though. Great concept as Mack mentioned, and I'll be interested to see if they add more brands - Easton, Mission, etc., as they go.

The free shipping with stick purchase is a nice touch too.

It seems to me that their deep/moderate/slight has to do with the mm measurement alone. Also don't forget that players use multiple patterns and probably don't use even more that were made up for them.

I don't have alot of experience with CCM/RBK prostocks - do they have the same numbering system as CCM's retail?

194-0

19 = mm of curve

4 = placement of curve (1 being heel and working towards toe)

-0 = loft (0 being closed and working towards open)

Or perhaps Proreturnhockey gets an information list from CCM/RBK that uses that system?
