Griffey was always known as a player who didn't keep himself in the best shape and I have a hard time believing he took steriods and then went and sat around for a few hours a day.

As far as his hamstring, the hamstring tore off the bone when he was sliding to make a play in the outfield. He partially tore it in the play you're thinking about.

After Barry is finished with playing he'll still be looked into, the investigations as to what went on with him and baseball itself will carry on and if something turns up that proves he knowingly took steroids then I say remove him from the history books.

How do you remove a guy from the record books? You can't and that's exactly what Bonds is counting on. Selig is just screwed because if he does something without the feds making a move, it's simply because of his friendship with Aaron to most people. If he waits and then the feds make a move after the record falls (look for it to happen this fall) then Selig looks bad because he let Bonds break the record while playing dirty. Either way, the numbers are there and people have to deal with it and that's all Barry cares about.
