Canada-Russia Super Series Equipment Debuts

Recommended Posts

I've heard of a team...(can't remember who/where) playing "strip shoot out" at the end of a practice. If you missed your shot...you had to take off a piece of gear...

Maybe Sutter let them have a little fun at the end of camp...oh, wait...probably not.

I've seen it with my own eyes last year when the Inline WC was here, it was the swedish only who have done so..

In the picture with Marchand where you see his One95's, they look very shiny. Look a lot like the skates Fischer was wearing last year and someone on here got blasted for asking if they were a different skate b/c they were so much more shiny than the One90's.

Fisher was testing the new materials.

It is a big deal, at least to a segment of the hockey population. When I hear "Reebok", I immediately think of women's aerobics shoes circa 1982. With this are pink leotards and leg warmers - the whole stereotype. I simply cannot take them seriously as a manufacturer of hockey equipment. I know Reebok probably makes nice hockey stuff, but I also know that I will probably never find out for myself given my horrifying '80s mental association with the brand.

"CCM", though, says hockey.

Here is a picture of the new CCM/Rbk skate whatever it will end up being. I think the One95's are in there as well (both in the middle)

Looks like CCM is on the holder, new Tacks?

Tavares is wearing the new CCM skate. It is not a RBK.

The toe caps look tiny, makes em look like a Graf.

Could this be the next Vector, or a new line from CCM?

If you look at the guy in the Graf's, a few down, they do look a similar boot shape with the line of the laces and forward angle. I think they are the Tacks, but not like the older Tacks fit perhaps.

Can anyone find any closer pics? I have tried but failed.

The boot shape does not remind me of the traditional tacks at all.

Toe box doesn't look tall enough, and the ankle support doesn't look as large as the Tacks used to.
