I'd like to add additional props for AtlantaThrashers01. He and I made a deal a few weeks ago for a twig that was broken during shipping (a first for me - but I've seen the pix, it was quite jacked up). He has been extremely cool and patient about it while I try to get his money back (USPS says it will take up to 6 months to get it back because they have to lead an inquiry with Canada Post to see which of the two services to use). But, despite being disappointed, he has been good to work with and very understanding (more understanding than myself, in fact - if I dropped any more f-bombs on the lady at USPS I'd probably be banned from using the postal service for the rest of my life... but I digress...).
