thank you, you have to use Sherwood sticks in our league now and I hate their one pieces, figured I'd try what Spezza uses.

how come you have to use SWD?

i like useing woodies

That's what she said :P

But..joe nieuwendyk was one of the last greatest hockey players to use a woodie. Markus Naslund still does. It's just a few select players that do.

That is what she said.

I guess Sherwood paid the Central Junior Hockey League for like rights maybe? But you have to use sherwood gloves, sticks, and possibly even pants. A rep goes to each team and you order what you want, you can get the RM 19's custom to your likings but, they seem pretty cheap and are breaking down for a lot of the guys.

Al MacInnis hammered out those crazy cannon 100+ mph shots with a woodie, and it wasn't even a 9950, to my knowledge.

MacInnis used a 7000 didn't he?

yeah. they had one of his at scott trade center on display. at least thats what he was using towards the end of his career

Back to the person who started the post-I thought crosby used composite sherwood blades, the 1050 model or something like that. Am I correct or is sherwood just labeling his blades with this model number to try and sell more comp blades?
