The stock team bag in the Easton catalog is the SMI bag. I have one and think it's an excellent old school style bag. It is well made.

The only retail bag I've seen recently that was bult by SMI was the McKenney 852 Monster Wheel Bag, and it wasn't new stock by any means. Check any pro/junior equipment sales you can get to, as the bags are usually very cheap and in terrific shape.

If only they made an alpine-style hockey backpack...

SMI makes a great bag. 360 Athletics offers the same bag from the same factory in Taiwan. The only difference is that 360 Athletics has inventory. (SMI is terribile to deal with)

I have a Leafs SMI bag that I use (picked up from another member) and it's a tank. Zippers are strong and never had a problem with them yet.

Plenty of room and very sturdy.
