It doesn't really matter that some of you do not believe the story. As far as pictures, are you nuts??? This is not Ripley's believe it or not! All I can say is , keep an eye on the stick. You will see for yourself. Also, 17 players with the same stick, is that hard to believe?? What league do you play in JIMMY???

Dude, the story is a little strange, that all 17 broke between 31-34 days, I don't doubt 17 guys could have the same stick, but they all went within 3 days of each other, like they had a timer in them. Come on, that part didn't happen.

"They had one of Datsyuk's gamers at the trade show and he needs a huge wood plug to try and make up for the bottom heavy feel of the stick."

how long? cause in pics you cant see any wood, so it cant be that "huge"

maybe 6-8"?

6-8" is pretty damn big when you consider how much he cuts the sticks down.

So that would explane why he tapes his stick so far down. He must be getting $$$$ to use that stick.

Given the herd mentality of the average teenage hockey players I absolutely believe that many guys had the same stick.

I have had mine since July, and I'm on the ice at least 3 times a week. Other than cosmetic, and a little bit of toe damage, the stick is still holding strong. People who break sticks all the time need to actually learn how to shoot.

No kidding. I played on a team with some younger guys (19-22 Y-olds). One of them bought a Stealth and next thing you know, 5 different guys all had brand new Stealth grips.

the correct way to shoot is to actualy flex the stick so that it does most of the work for you. Using the flex to it's full potential will result in breaking more sticks. So if you almost never break sticks, you are either using too stiff of a flex, or you are the one that needs to learn how to shoot.

Actually, if you've got a proper shooting technique, you have the proper flex, and you don't play hockey like Paul Bunyon then your stick should last a while. Most stick failings during a shot are the result of some hack or whack previously which compromised the integrity of the stick.

Actually, I'd love to see a picture of 17 guys on the same team all sporting month-old, BROKEN $200+ RBK O sticks! Post it here, send a copy of it to RBK with all of your receipts, and they'll prob. send you each two new sticks just to make up for the bad publicity -- since of course all of the sticks are only a few days past the warranty expiration.
