Why do roller "hockey" players insist on running around without their shirts on all the time?

They don't. It's just the occasional douche. There's one in every crowd, no need to limit it to roller hockey guys.

I'm not convinced. If there is a guy chillin' around the rink shirtless and without the benefit of a shower, 98 times in 100, he's on wheels. The other two times, he's a roller guy that has just taken his skates off.

LkpTiger, I've noticed this at my local rink also, shirts off is a must for some of these guys. Roller players also tend to try and speed past everyone in their skates in the hallways or anywhere around the rink. Those 2 things drive me nuts.

Ontario Reign Photos
anybody have a pic of jersey this new echl team (ontario reign) will be wearing.

Their logos look sharp, but couldn't find a jersey anywhere on their website,

Were the playing at Ontario Ice for that game?

I just watched that new video, he's a bit of a douche.

if you had dangles like him would you not be cocky? i sure know i would be.

I personally wouldn't, if I ever saw myself like that, I'd be lucky if Chris Simon Jr. wasn't around.

I dont buy that. Plenty of ice players here walk around shirtless after games.

I think some people forget the temperature difference in an Ice Arena compared to a Roller Hockey Rink, as well.

Out here in Vegas, our rink has easily been in the high-80s or so. Add a couple of games? Yeah, excuse enough to lose the shirts.

Exactly. Im not one of them, but if the rink isnt running a/c and its the middle of the summer, you better bet Im taking my shirt off.

There have been plenty of occasions when I played net in a roller league that even me (giant beer belly and all) would ditch the jersey, C/A, and undershirt in between double headers.

What's the excuse when there are four sheets in a single building - three ice and one roller - all of which sharing the same lobby?
