Looks like some sort of guard, perhaps to provide additional protection for a hand injury?

I doubt something like that would be legal/effective?

It's because his wrist or hand being broken, I cant remember which one it was. Keeps the fingers together so they heal properly.

I think you are right. I like how they spray painted the "EA" from Easton on it so that the full name is showing.

makes sense but it seems oddly big and unnecessary for the purpose it is serving. you think you could just tape the 2 fingers together to keep them in place, you could even creat a double finger and join them so he could wear a splint like think right on his hand.

It appears to be more than just keeping the fingers together, it definitely looks like it's purpose is to give some added protection while keeping them together.

Good, eye for those ear loops. Funny though I switched out my Itech loops and put my old Bauer loops on my HC 100.

Way too many posts to look through but this weekend Jimmy van Riemsdyk was sporting new UNH One95s against Boston College. IIRC, he was the first one to be seen in the One95s this summer at the USA camp but was in One90s most of the year at UNH. Hadn't seen many of their previous games in a few weeks but he was definitely going Supreme One95s this weekend.
