Considering how much people loved the old XN10 and Stealth, it's a good thing to not "update" the product every now and again.

I almost killed a goalie friend of mine with a "new" xn10... I wouldn't compare it to a dolo, that technology has room for improvement. The one-timer off-balance snap shot wouldn't have been nearly as hard(with the dolo) and wouldn't leave him kneeling, holding his chest. :(

"This is the greatest stick evar! It shoots so well and hard I can injure people with my shot and i did in the last game i took a knew 1 and it shot from a onetimers and the other guy cracked a rib! BEST STICK!" -TBLfan review of XN10 :P (inspired from the HG review of the 9kO)

I don't think any of Warrior's sticks are anything special. I haven't used a Kronik, but the MacDaddy, AK27 and Dolomite sticks I've used - while pretty decent - were just a high average. I think they have a good mix of performance and durability in their shafts and they rely more on marketing to sell their products than actual innovation/improvement, save the Spyne. Their R&D cost has to be so minimal considering they've bought their way into just about everything they make, all the while rebranding it and selling a shit ton to little kids after investing in pro exposure.

Smart bastards.

hahaha, I should put that up on their site.

...but anyway, yeah. It's working for them, 10 year old design and they're selling. Why ruin a good thing by putting their crappy innovations on relatively proven products? But comparing the XN10 to the Dolo is like comparing a F40 to a NSX.

I have a Dolo as my back-up and I know it's "old" technology but when I unload on that thing it's like an elephant gun. But I prefer the shape and feel of Easton sticks like my current SE and old Stealth CNT---I think the Dolo shaft is a tad smaller than Easton and don't have as good of control.

I am the same way with Warrior and Bauer...I prefer the slightly larger, box-ier feel of Easton shafts.

There is a kid I played a tournament with a couple of weeks ago and he had the new Dolomite x and the graphics are completely different from last year and the way it feels is more like an s17

Didn't look like this, did it?

No, there is a new paint job on the 09 Dolomite. What Lecavalier and others have been using...

i agree with what rustpot said. I currently use two AK-27's, and as much as i like them, i find them to be just average, nothing special that will make me want to buy another one when it breaks.
