I would say that tappara or ilves isn't near the top of "most adds on uniform". the slovaks and checz is the worst even the team name is an add!! I would say that kärpät is worst in finland beacuse they have many different jerseys on the ice at the same time. lets say that they have 20 players on the bench every game but every fifth player have different adds on there uniform.

The new uniforms I just ordered from Marcelo (SubliTwill) had to have a sponsor logo put on them, and we're a college club team. With the economy the way it is I can only see it becoming more and more of a popular option just so teams can survive. I also wouldn't be suprised to see it jump into an NHL game jersey in the near future.

I think SM Liiga finally went over the top with the ads on the butt cheeks of the pants. Not that SM Liiga wasn't already there with advertising on the uniform.

How long have they been advertising on the back of the gloves? damn. Are the player's faces up for sale too?

How 'bout the goalies blade in third to last picture.

Which word is "photos"? Did you notice the Budweiser brand on the shoulder? The jersey on the home page looks typical for Euro advertising.

After I didn't see it in the top bar, I gave up. I just went back and noticed google translates to English. The jersey has a Canadiens style center stripe. Looks pretty good, all things considered!

Ok, now back to the NHL.

Kaleta still sporting his Livestrong bracelet in pre-season.

Also, Spacek is still the ugliest guy in the Show, no matter what gloves he wears.

the ECHL's had them for a while now. I don't mind the sponsors as long as they're fairly limited in size and blend in well.

Which is exactly what advertisers don't want.

And they want the jumbled mess like on euro jerseys that ensures nobody reads them, and those that do hate the company more for the ad's existence?

The ECHL's method is more likely to get me to improve my opinion of the company.

I don't recall ever saying that.

Everything is going to be Bauer branded now, Nike sold Bauer a while ago now and they've been phasing out the nike name.

Yes, I said, "They don't want small advertisements that blend in." I never said they wanted advertisements that are jumbled up.

And the two ways that ads typically appear on hockey jerseys are hugely jumbled or more subtle like the ECHL's. My point was that a smaller subtle ad is nowhere near the worst thing for advertisers.
