Judging from the 2 pics on the main page, that is one pathetic self promotion (if it is indeed real).

I like greenie, but that site makes him seem like the douche in school everyone wanted to punch. We were talking about it a couple of days back. Dickwaddus Maximus.

But, in person after practice at kettler or in the media, he is always nice, humble and funny, so I don't know what to make of it.

His Day in the Life on NHL Network made him seem the same way.

So thats what a professionally done myspace page looks like.

HAHAHAHA.

this dude now officially reminds me of a white rapper from a small town.

i'm suprised there aren't pictures of a white S500 with 22" rims somewhere on that site, with like 6 or 7 S17s in the backseat.

I have a feeling this is a lot more of a Caps project then a Mike Green project. I browsed through this a couple days back, and when reading it the bio page is wrote from a third person, and not from Mike's point of view. It also links to caps stuff, and is designed around promoting them team. Think about how big Green was last year - NHL record, clutch goals, and even though he disappeared in the playoffs, his stick troubles were big news. My thought is they don't want to over exploit Ovechkin. Although Ovy style wasn't a much better ploy by ccm....

When I first saw this title, I thought "What the hell kind of irresponsible title is that??? At least give it some meat..."

And then I couldn't take the suspense, so I took a look at it and fully understand that the title is appropriate in this case. :P

I can't help but think that maybe (hopefully) this is a bit of a parody site. Hockey players are known to be some of the most down to earth, unflashy guys in sports...so maybe he did this as a joke/parody of that.

??

Maybe?

I think this trend is starting to fade away. I can't begin to count the number of bros I see walking around with sideways flatbrimmed hats and baggy basketball shorts. I think it snuck in the back door through roller hockey, and got into ice hockey.

KIDS THESE DAYS, AM I RIGHT GUYS?!?!

This makes me laugh a bit, as I do play roller hockey, and the other day I walked into the rink to see a new guy at our pick up session wearing his roller pants just above his knees... and I couldn't help but laugh at him.
