Chances are she's not worth the hassle in the long run and you will probably still live near her if/when you change coaches. If she's into you just to piss off daddy, then watch the hell out. Statuatory rape will get you on the sexual offender list in Michigan, and once you are on that list, you're essentially done in terms of finding a job, getting into a good college, living somewhere that isn't in the middle of nowhere, etc... If you guys do decide to start dating, talk to the coach. Tell him that you realize it may be a little uncomfortable for the two of you, but you will do your best to keep it from becoming a problem in the locker room.5. DO NOT, under any circumstances, talk about her negatively to your friends or teammates. I don't care how good, or bad, the sex is; what she looks like naked; etc... Since sex laws generally aren't designed with any "wiggle room" to let "kids be kids" the laws (and the law enforcers) can really fuck you over. One pissed off parent or someone who doesnt like you calls the police and you can be charged with a felony, and then be a registered sex offender for the rest of your life. And don't forget when a 17 year old girl snaps a picture of her tits with a cell phone, she is now in possession of child pornography. She herself and anyone she shares it with could very well be totally ruined for life. Or when two consenting 16 year olds have sex, they can both be charged with rape because a minor (depending on the state) cannot legally give consent to have sex of any sort.
