basically everything right handed.

I think most people of my age or older (40+) that live where I do shoot left if they are right handed. Not sure about the younger generation(s).

As far as shooting right for hockey, I think it may be because I may have been taught by my dad who is left handed. When playing in goal, I catch left and shoot right.

Look at ovechkin and semin though, both right handed (not sure bout semin) but ridiculous shots and stickhandling. Backstrom (assume hes right handed) shoots left and has unreal puck handling and vision.

 As a mixed right-hander who shoots LH, I injured my right arm in my first shift of today's game. I got my upper arm twisted back on a poke check and played the rest of the game. I had a couple good chances and couldn't shoot worth a shit- made me realize how important the top hand is for my wrister.
