To my earlier post regarding seeing previous Eagle glove guys ditching them in favor of other manus this season...I'm mildly surprised to see Jovo is no longer wearing Eagle. He was probably the longest (current) tenured Eagle guy in the league...

Kyle Quincy was in Talons tonight. Not sure what he was in last year though.

Definitely odd to see Jovo in anything but Eagles.

I have seen a lot of guys using Easton gloves that used to be something else. I follow the Wild closely and noticed two or three guys in Eastons that used to be in Bauer or Reebok or Warrior.. Parrhaps Easton is back to their "want our sticks - gotta use our gloves" policy in certain lockerrooms? Perhaps it is just coincidence?

could be due to the all black nature of the rs they want guys using their gloves so people might link them? not sure but i definitely noticed more easton gloves too

Souray's been rocking those ankle straps for ages, I remember him wearing them in Montreal, probably wore them earlier too. Enough guys tape their ankles, but he's the only guy I've seen using straps. I'm sure it's for the same purpose (more ankle support, and helps you get a bit more flex out of the boot as well if your legs are strong enough).
