2012 Bauer Hockey Catalogue

Things are showing up slowly in our Portal system in one of the dedicated sporting box stores near Edmonton, but so is the absent from catalogue RS skate from Easton. Pricing seems to change every now and then when I look it up. Currently a little less than a T1NXG is listed.

The pricing has been showing up in our system for the past few months as well. Very impressed with the price point on the RS skate, though I wouldn't expect Easton to jump the gun and put out an $800 skate after the S15 and 17.

One question that came to mind when I saw the 3 Nexus sticks was that why do some companies decide to only offer 3 pricepoints on a line while other lines are introduced with the full family? We saw this with the S17 family and SE16 (S11, S5, SE6, SE2) as an example comparing the S19 family (S15,13,7,3)

Because you start to eat your own lunch. Use the third line to be in pricepoints you're not in already...

what will the price points of the nxg skates and re akt helmets be???????

Do younot remember asking the same question last week... being given an answer ($189)... and then responding with shock that it was that much? http://www.modsquadhockey.com/forums/index.php?/topic/59380-2012-bauer-hockey-catalogue/page__view__findpost__p__904183

will the nexus 1000 stick be available in myBauer?

and is this pretty much a TotalOne with a slightly softer intellisense flex profile? it sounds awesome! can't wait to hear some feedback/reviews.

thanks.

Yes it looks to be available on my bauer. No it is not a total one with different flex points.

Is the HDO DELUXE lens the same as the old RX2? I'm wondering because I have an old Itech FX-50 and the replacement lens was the RX2, which appears to be discontinued now. Thanks.

New optics, same system. So, yes, it will fit FX-50 and Recon full masks.

It is pretty toned down from other versions. It is nice though. Almost a heel more so than a toe. The catalog calls it a heel as well.

Hey sky, if you get a moment, could you take some pics of your P08? I think I'm imagining as a bigger curve than what it may be.

The new Nexus stick sound so awesome, that's the kind of profile I can fall all kinds of in love with. Any time you can claim woodie feel with composite benefits you've got my attention.

Here you go.

P92 next to P08

In order to show length and that I think it is the ideal curve. A mix of heel and toe.

APX P91a, APX P08, APX P92

The white stick is the Miken Z9. The Miken BP8 is still toned down from the Harrow Pattern 10 and Crazy ovi, but still bigger than the P08. This is with the stick cocked slightly into the shooting position. It is much easier to see the difference in the curves from this position.

Straight down the stick Miken and APX

BP8 and P08

This is the p92 left and Versteeg right. I think the P08 is essentially a Versteeg with heel curve added. Similar to the Harrow pattern 11

Harrow p10 angle makes it look smaller

Harrow P10 with green biscuit

I hope this helps. So in my mind the P08 is pretty tame.
