XN10 Grip

Recommended Posts

Did a search and found nothing. Anyone know when these are coming out in retail version? And does anyone know if it will be the rubber grip or something different?

Once I am given the go-ahead to post, I will.

Trust me, it kills me. But it's the only way I can stay up on top of things.

Why mention it? Because it gives you guys something to look forward to. Simple as that.

Well dammit, please PM me or post any info the second you are allowed.

What will be interesting is to see if the stick says TPS on it ....

And when don't I?

It will.

That Graf merger folded.

well, the XN10 I have has some sort of Grip coating...

its a pro-stock one before the new graphics came on it... its weird cause all the other old XN10's don't have it...

Yea I felt one of them and I thought it felt like soft grip.

Ah thank goodness the Graf merger folded...I was quite worried. JR, you think its better for TPS this way?

Well...

Yes, I don't think it would've been a good move. However, it's tough to figure out what direction TPS is going in.

I think that if they were to make a grip stick that it would not be a rubber one because the rubber makes the shaft bulky and the point of the XN10 is the shaft shape and they would have to alter that inorder to apply their rubber coating

It didn't make the original rubber shafts all that bulky. The rubber can be applied to any shaft shape. Remember, the original rubber shafts were offered in both traditional and pro radius shapes.

Then why mention anything at all...

He's doing guys like me a favor...he's letting us know that it is about that time when we have to begin saving all of our extra pennies.

Awhile back someone posted about applying "Shoe Goo" to the shaft for a bit of a grip. Did it to my L-2. Works like a charm, adds virtually no weight, easy to apply, and seems to be durable. Feels somewhere between a XV "stick 'em" and the 04 Easton grip. JR's teasing is great. Ah, the thrill of anticipation...

Because my digital palms get extremely slippery once i start sweating in them.

same. I was going to get an XN10, but the leather palms on my eagles get so slippery, so i opted for the XX.

i have a pro stock xn10 and the grip is weird ,the corners are quite grippy ,but the sides are barely grippy and the tps letters arent grippy at all ,you cant really feal the grip with ur bare hand ,no one beleived it was grip until they held it with their gloves.... anyways i love the grip on it ,its great :P
