Hooah4 12 Report post Posted March 9, 2012 Recent discoveries of vast oil reserves, particularly the oil rich Albertine Graben, with estimated reserves of at least 2.5 billion barrels of oil, mean Uganda is set to become a key oil producer on a part with other African oil producing nations, such as neighboring Sudan, Angola, Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea. Some estimate place the Albertine Graben reserve as high as six billion barrels of recoverable oil.On the basis of such reserves, government analysts estimate that Uganda will be able to support production of over 100,000 barrels of oil per day for the next two decades.http://foreignassist...tab_Bud_Plannednot to get too crazy conspiracy theory on this but beware the mind f$$k. Seeds can be planted for many reasons. Things are going on everywhere. Syria, Iran, Africa, etc.. In regards to Syria there has been violence in Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia that is just as violent but is not reported.http://jafrianews.com/2011/03/13/bahrains-govt-recruiting-mercenaries-from-pakistan/

Chadd 916 Report post Posted March 9, 2012 I think it's a good thing for people to learn about the things that are happening all over the world, the only way these things will ever be stopped is if there is enough public outcry all over the world. That said, the organization that put out the video appears to be less than reputable.

That said, the organization that put out the video appears to be less than reputable. While the world is complaining about it they are looking at American and it's Allies to do something. Once we do jump in then everyones starts complaining about us "taking over the world". We are always in a no win situation. In most of these countries as soon as we take out a dictator another one just steps in. This is definitely not politictly correct but 80% of Africa is ass-backwards. Thier concepts of medicine, health, wellfair, human rights, religion, etc, etc are so out of it nothing can be accomplished civily until they join the 21st century. donkey87 0 Report post Posted March 9, 2012 So your suggestion is to just let them all die and kill each other, well, at least until they get solid 4G service? When they're done killing each other over tribal feuds and religious differences then we can talk. There have been various "peacekeepers" in Africa for decades now. They haven't solved anything. As long as those societies choose to settle issues with guns rather than the courts, there will continue to be bloodshed, and poverty, and corruption, and famine. tareatingrat 4 Report post Posted March 12, 2012 So your suggestion is to just let them all die and kill each other, well, at least until they get solid 4G service? To a point. The continent was the birthplace of human civilization, but has no civilization. The people there need to make the decision to change their situation. If the citizens of a country aren't first going to stand up for themselves, there's not much you can do.
