My pro stock CNTs are different from the retail. Where the black part is, mine was solid all the way around, not like retail where theres also red sort of fade with the black if you get why I'm trying to say. Meaning i only had to paint the bottom section where it was red.

Yes, there's plenty of grip left on the sticks.

Oh, that's a good news! I thought if you spray paint on grip ops, it would turn into not grippy as much.

nice, obviously now I see what you mean by not having your hand close to where the paint was. For some reason I thought the red came up farther. *shrug*

You have the retail version in mind... the red (or blue for non-grip) comes all the way up the stick.
