I've got XXX's and if you find them comfy then thye are a sweet glove. The palms are thin and although people doubt their durability they are still going strong for me after 2 months, which is generally the time when my palms wear out. Plus, with the extra palms that you get with them you can replace them whenever you want. I also like the poly inserts in them, I've been hacked tons of times and so far, no broken bones. Although 2 of the inserts are coming out from being slashed/stepped on by skates <_< they still are protective. I'd say if these fit and feel right go for them, or xx's.

Well, I really like my Nike Quests. They are the only ones that fit my hand...well..."like a glove". Since those aren't gonna be around much anymore, the Bauer has the second best fit/feel to it for me.

I have both Vapor XX and XXX and I'd say they're the most comfortable and unrestricting gloves I've ever used. Unlike other equipment, I usually do spend little more money and also use multiple gloves, including TPS HGT and Eagle X70i. Out of those, I'd say Vapor XX/XXX is a top notch, especially i'm little keen on tighter-fitting gloves. I'd say the major complaint I've heard on the two gloves are palms, but once you get used to stretch-palm I like it a lot better than Nash palms and even so, the XXX palm is holding up fine for me, despite its thinness.

The extra palms are a nice addition, but how much do they cost to repair/install?

Hmm, my guess is that it depends on how much your LHS asks, but mine is 25 bucks..I think.

I have the x70s and tried my brothers XXXs for a practice, but I like the x70s alot more, it was probably because I have the goatskin palm, and the XXX palm felt really slippery to me.

I like my Oakley's. The ones I got are pro-stock, so the fit/finish in regards to the stitching and stuff could be better, however, they are quite comfortable and offer superior protection (I mean it - they're incredible from that standpoint).

bauer XXX cuz they look the best and feels great

Since when do looks matter to play hockey. :)

I'd have to say go with the xv. They are a awesome glove. I dont think there is much difference between the xv and the xx. I dont know about the xxx though.

I agree with Ogie. Oakley gloves are by far my favorite ever, but mine didnt last very long at all. Vapor XX's are the nicest IMO out of those gloves you listed though.

Eagles. I've had mine for about 4 years now, and the only thing wrong with them is that there is a slight rip on the cuff, because the proglo material got stuck along the boards and it ripped.

Unless they've already been sold, Chadd had a few pairs of 13" and one pair of 14" MSH Helium Gloves.

Gloves arrived today and look fantastic. Please send an email to chadd@puckhoghockey.com confirming your size, MSH name, mailing address  and paypal account.

EDIT: pics added

I only had 2 pair of 13's leftover and they were sold within 24 hours once I took them to work.

Only tried them on in stores but I love the vapor XXs and will thusly like the XXXs. Currently have the old Bauer Supreme 5000s, going strong for 2 years now. Have HGTs but can't adjust to them.
