Bauer Aetrex Insoles vs. Bauer SpeedPlate vs. Superfeet

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to get some opinions and real-world feedback on Bauer Aetrex, Bauer SpeedPlate, and Superfeet insoles.

How has everyone’s experience been with these in terms of:

• Support (arch, heel lock, overall stability)

• Performance (stride power, edge control, energy transfer)

• Comfort and fit (break-in time, boot volume changes, hot spots, etc.)

• Durability and value over time

If you’ve used one or more of these, I’d love to hear which worked best for you, what skates you’re using them in, and if you’d stick with them or switch next time.
