Bauer Nexus 2N is actually great bang for the buck imo from one of the “big boys” The 2N has the R-lite blade like the 2N PRO and is listed at 425g which is a pretty light stick. Nicely balanced as well $224 in Canada if I remember correctly. Not sure what price point you are looking at. I used it only for small number of games/skates so can’t give too much detail but from those times that I did use it, it held its own in terms of performance and puck feel.

Spoke to Bauer customer service and they confirmed that it’ll be available Apr 12. You can mix and match shafts & blades from the 3 families but there are some restrictions they say (Not exactly sure what that meant). It willl have All features of the high end stick families as well. There will only be 1 graphic though on the pro custom. Minimum order is 2 sticks. I hope they aren’t going to be $400 each though, but guess we will be soon enough.

Interesting. Never used the OG one but heard they snapped pretty easily and puck feel wasn’t as good as Bauer’s other top ends. Maybe they fixed those issues....are they still $400 CAD?
