  1. LOL cky is coming out with a new album this year I have been counting down the days till it comes out. But, I totally agree with them being a very talented band that people do not listen to. They have some of the best riffs ever.
  2. 2 other bands that I love that not to many people seem to know about. At The Drive-In very good band they had a hit on MTV back in the 90s called One Arm Scissor, they are a very good band i guess you can call them a post hardcore band i highly suggest checking them out. The Mars Volta, They were created by 2 At The Drive-In members after they broke up, One of the most amazing progressive rock bands I have ever herd they just won a Grammy for their song Wax Simulacra.
  3. i totally agree with Protest The Hero. they are amazing Fates Warning, very good prog band that many people seem to not know about and they have been around for a very long time. Along with them check out their lead singers other band Redemption, I saw them with Dream Theater and they blew me away.
  4. Im drooling over the thought of the U+cl. I love my U+, best thing i have used since the xn10.
  5. Everyone thought I was insane when I jumped up when he scored tonite. Then I had to sit down and explain to all my friends who are hawks fans along with me what I was happy to see him score. After informing they all we amazed at his story to get to the show. All in all good game for both teams.

  7. No wonder you hate RBK sticks.... that's the same reason I was getting rid of the RBK, I tried a Mission. Exactly. Was using a sickick at drop in and a guy there let me tryout his fuel. I fell in love right away. Never going to use a RBK twig again.

  9. I gotta get some pictures up of my old school kings stuff, purple jersey with yellow white accents shell to match and white socks with purple and yellow stripes.
  10. Picked up the new Opeth cd Watershed today. Its amazing I must say it is their best since Blackwater Park.
  11. lol saw dragonforce live........terrible. Their album work is decient tho, I cant listen to a cd straight through from them but a few songs here and there are always very good. As a musican I must say, they have no depth in their music its just play as fast as possible. Edit: Adding another band to the list, Porcupine Tree amazing prog band that seems to be unherd of to many. PT - Fear Of A Blank Planet
  12. Aram Bedrosian, hands down one of the best solo bassist I have ever seen. Visit My Website
  13. If anyone likes mashups and music types like that check out Girl Talk, I suggest the albums Feed The Animals and Night Ripper. I did not think I would even like it till I actually listened to it and it is brilliant. I play this stuff at all the partys and everyone is always asking what it is, its not just your general 2 songs put together mashups there are 10+ built into just about every song and the tracks are ment to be listened to in order because each song strings into the next.
  14. Yeah I like our black ones the most I can not seem to find a pic of it though. The grey ones are 3rd jerseys, im not to fond of them.
  15. Im sorry thefelixculpa but, i think Dillinger is one of the worst bands ever. I have given them several serious listens and seen them live on Gigantour and I just dont like anything they do it all seems very forced and not all there to me. As of now in this kicking off summer stage mood for me ive been listeing to a lot of Pepper, very chill band with a sublime vibe, Check them out.
  16. UPDATE Helmet: RBK 8k w/ CCM 480, RBK 6k w/ oakley straight small Shoulder: Bauer 8000 Lightspeeds Elbow: Bauer 6000 Pants: NBH one90 Shin: Bauer 8000 Skates: NBH One95 Gloves: NBH 4-Roll Sticks : 2x Easton SE Grip (Lidstrom 100), 2X Response + (Morrow R), Mission M-1 (Zhamnov Prostock 95), Easton CNT Stealth (Lidstrom 100)
  17. For kids my age what I listed are the keys to a good ska collection. All the bands everyone else has listed are also very good and I have albums from all of them. From what ive seen when people are just getting into ska the bands I listed are the ones that are generally listened to are the 3rd wave bands, not to many kids arround here dig deep into music like a few of my friends and I do.
  18. keys to a ska collecion are definantly reel big fish, goldfinger, mustard plug, and the mighty mighty bosstones
  19. An Endless Sporadic They hit it big with a song in Guitar Hero 3 but, they just released a 5 song ep and it is brilliant. I love every song on it, great instrumentals I definanlty suggest checking them out.
  20. Some of MAB is good, but for the most part I do not like him. He tries to play as many notes as fast as possible and string them into a song. Most of his mellow stuff is amazing tho. For mellow guitar based songs check out Buckethead's Colma. It is nothing like his industrial shread style that he normally plays.
  21. Yes Glasgow Kiss is amazing. There are many solid tracks from his album Suspended Animation. If you like Glasgow, check out Tunnel Vision and Jaws Of Life.
  22. thanks, i'll check them out too. Current Instrumentals include: Nightwish Joe Satriani Stratovarius Tyler Bates Yngwie Malmsteen etc Check out John Petrucci, Paul Gilbert's Get Out Of My Yard and Silence Followed by A Deafening Roar albums, explosions in the sky, Joe Satriani and, Steve Vai. I know ive said all of these before but they all have amazing instrumental songs check them out.
