  1. Ok, I'll taste the soup! Where's the spoon? A-ha. A-ha.
  2. Those gloves are okay, they would be better if they were dark green with a white block S though. ;) (no need to mention the dirty hit by the spartans the last game. i saw the replays...)
  3. A gift to myself this x-mas. Found them on ebay for what seemed like a really good deal. I am a bit surprised at how light these babies are! Now to just get back on a team.
  4. looks like another goal tonight. I didn't see it. I did just see him unintentionally run into to Khabi, the hawks fans didn't like it.
  5. you could try oxyclean paste. i haven't tried it, but i have thought about it for may maple leafs looking 5000's and 4-rolls.
  6. Ha! I would love to, but being unemployed right now is not the time. I'll keep them in mind though.
  7. Got some NBH 4-rolls to match my 5000s. I got them a couple months ago, they were used from ebay so that right palm came dirty, and they had some stink to them. What made me pull the trigger was the solid fingers, i just like them.
  8. FYI you can get those blue/baby (carolina blue) at hockey world.com looks like they have the standard retail palm.
  9. Destruction By Definition was a badass album. I never really liked any of Suicide Machines other albums. I saw them once at the Pine Knob Warped Tour and they played about twice as fast as they do on the album. It was pretty great.
  10. DAMN! It was you who bought those! I bookmarked it came back the next morning to by them and they were sold! I shouldn't have hesitated!

  12. From ESPN.com Open Ice:Perron ahead of the game By Sean Allen http://sports.espn.go.com/fantasy/hockey/f...age=openice1116 David Perron, LW, Blues: Here is word for word, what I wrote in my NHL draft review in June: "Perron has hands that have to be seen to be believed. His offensive skills rival anyone's in the draft, but he lacks the ability to go into the corners and play tough. Big defenders will be able to push him around. He needs more time in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League and maybe a year in the AHL, too, as he has been a late-bloomer to this point in his career. Fantasy owners should cross their fingers hoping he has a good attitude and is able to develop, because he has the hands of Alexei Kovalev." Clearly, he is set to battle at the NHL level, so I underestimated the speed of his development. I was not wrong about his hands though. As long as he keeps playing with impact players (Doug Weight and Lee Stempniak at even-strength, and Keith Tkachuk and Stempniak on the power play), he will be an impact player in his own right.
  13. Thanks all, I really like having a plain black skate. Bucko, love the Vapor 10 i lost many ebay auctions going for those.
  14. My new to me skates. Got the boots used on ebay cheap and a good deal on the holders/steel from duckjob. The first time I tried them on the neutral pitch and wasn't very excited. I put them on the forward pitch for a game and they felt almost perfect! Still getting used to the new radius, but I am really happy with the look and feel on these! I also added some Supreme 30 elbows but those aren't very interesting to look at.
  15. thanks radio good stuff! i would go to the game in Chicago sunday, but i have my first game w/ a new league that night.
  16. wow! Congrats David. The Blues visit Chicago in Oct and Nov. I'll have to keep my eye on the Blues roster and definitely go if david is playing!
  17. somebody gave me a burned disc of some underworld. I should give it another chance. I used to listen to Born Slippy off the Trainspotting soundtrack a lot.

  19. resize is very easy in flickr too. photobucket kind of sucks, once you resize it that's it.
  20. maybe smaller photos next time.
  21. when did you guys make the MSH gloves?
  22. i have never spoke to David on here. But I must admit it's pretty sweet watching/reading about his progress through the forum for the last few months. Good Luck!
  23. Mostly just drop-in out of All-Seasons Ice Rink over in Aurora/Naperville area, but soon wherever I can find a men's league that would work out for me. I play at Johnny's in the city, C2 West (lowest of the C league). It's a great competative league, but the ice at Johnny's is small 190' x 83' sheet. I should have asked you earlier, we start a new season 4/14. But with our commonly late weeknight games, it probably wouldn't be worth it if you live outside the city very far.
  24. hey t1tan where do you play at?
