I had Christian make some clones of his blade for me. :D
-
If I had the money, and I was at the sales, I'd certainly give you a run for your money.
-
6, 6.5 ish. Wow, Drew. That is quite a lot of their sticks. Didn't know the management gave them away so much at the team sales.
-
If I found one of his gold Synergy's, there is no way in hell I'd let it go. Finding them in retail is hard enough nowadays. How many of his sticks do you have Drew? I know you've got most of Dallas' sticks. For those wanting a picture(s):

I've got one of his Si Cores. Selling it on ebay after having it sit in my room for 2 years.
-
Thanks. Pro 4400s are where its at! I snatched them up on ebay a few years back and the palms/gussets were completely brand new. . . can't beat that. I'm all about the 1300's. :P
-
I stand corrected.
-
Nice mitts.
-
I didn't know Muskoka even made blades.
-
Yup, and its pretty hard to find a good condition pair of Douglas's in a mens small. So I settled for these.
-
Are those not football pads? Not when they say Louisville on them. :D And football pads have much larger shoulder caps.
-
Just picked these up off of ebay.

Looks like he colored it with a black marker to me. You can see the shine because of the camera.

I'm almost positive he is. He runs the Vancouver Selects club, and that's their rink. Brother skated for him as a '94, and I remember hearing about him owning the place.
-
Brad Bowen is the owner of that place isn't he?
-
A bit? That things monstrous.
-
That's one helluva curve. Damn. Stick looks pretty slick, not gonna lie.

It's a gentleman's game.

I went through physical therapy for a leg contusion + hematoma, and part of the rehab was ankle weights. I was curious about their use for normal activities, like running, and obviously skating. I was told that you should never use ankle weights for anything except rehab, or stationary movement. Using them otherwise can put unnecessary strain on ligaments and muscles in your legs, and lead to tears, pulling certain extremities and so on. So I advise against using them except for stationary movement. Having resistance for skating is best used with pulling a tire around, a small parachute for wind resistance (Mike Modano uses this I believe), or if you have one, a bungee cord or a harness to strap to your chest or waist area. My very large $0.02.

If you know the right people you can. ;)
-
If he's using that weight for resistance, he'd be better off with a parachute.

I am loving those skates. I don't normally like white on any boot, but those are damn sexy. By the way...nice pillow you've got there in the third picture...

Where I worked, we only charged $20. SRS is an awesome fix for sticks. Having done it a fair amount of times for customers, as well as my own sticks, I can say that'd be your best bet.

Alright, here's my stuff. -Bauer 5000 Bucket with Jofa 480 cage. -RBK 3K elbows. -Fury/Mission/Easton gloves. -Koho shoulders. -Tackla 9000 pants. -Easton Synergy 300 shins. -Easton S15 skates. -Four AK27 + Christian blades twigs. Pics: The complete set. My three sets of gloves. My S15's. Mounted the towers myself. :) A better look at my shoulder pads. I love these so much. I've got 4 of the same stick, so one should suffice. Besides, the other three are at the rink. AK27 + Custom Christian blade and pattern. Better view of the pattern. Got Modano's pro pattern cloned for myself. :)
