I actually did go yo Montreux for the Jazz Festival because I was there with a Jazz group. Right along Lake Geneva, it was absolutely beautiful a crystal clear lake and the Alps right there.

The people were all very nice especially if you attempted to speak French or German depending on where we were. Switzerland is certainly a step above America in my opinion.

I jut got back from a 17 day tour of Europe and it's the last time I will most likely ever drum. It was probably the most amazing experience of my life to ever happen. I can really see why Drew is proud to be Swiss. Most beautiful country I have ever seen.

I hate when people argue about the genres of music. There are only 2 genres to me, good music and bad music and they are both subjective.

Spent the entire day with my dad talking football (soccer) and grilling.

haha what Krev said ;). Our school has about 35-40 players but the problem is that most of them play AAA because I live in a very affluent area that promotes success in sports a ton. Well one of my best friends one of the AAA players and he is deciding he wants his senior year to be really laid back. Well a ton of other AAA seniors want next year to be really relaxed next year and none of them want to go and play junior for whatever reason, so I called a total of 14 AAA players and got 8 to commit to the team fully next year. 6 of which were seniors who didn't want to do anything and 2 of which were sophomores who just wanted letterman jackets which is a pretty big thing in Texas. So basically when everyone else sat down and thought we weren't going to have a team I grew the balls to ask the kids that everyone thought were out of our league as a high school program in Texas. So not only are we going to have a Varsity team it will probably be one the stronger ones in the area because most of the players on the team are AA level players who can't pay the price of AA or don't have the time.

I was just told I single handedly saved my high school hockey program for the 2010-2011 season. I feel pretty damn good right now.

No I am done for the summer I am going into my senior year next year. A local Travel coach is hopefully helping me out with they money aspect though. And Sublitwill no matter what they tell you, don't underestimate the human will. My uncle has had an incurable brain tumor since before I was born and he has outlived his expected life span by about 20 years. I also have a friend who plays hockey that had leukemia as a child that fought through it and is now strong as an ox and is about go play football in college. I guess what I am trying to say is that it can be fought it can be combated and it can be beaten.

My high school no longer has a team and I don't have the money to pay for travel. Looks like my hockey career is done.

I was just Stickhandling a golfball, when a neighberhood cat decides to come play with me so I stickhandle around it. A sort of sweet spot in itself. BUT to top it all of it turns out the cat belonged to the hot girl 3 doors up that just moved in. Think I scored some "good guy" points.

Applying for a job in a store and my friend walks in to the store. He didn't see I was applying and greets me with "What's up you chode?!" (Yes that's really how we greet each other.) The manager looked pissed to say the least.

It's a price I'm willing to pay. Spring break will never be the same without Destin.
