  1. It will be called just the AK, and MAP is 150. MAP on Kronik is 210 i think...
  2. I know about the new supremes in Q4 of 2010.. but im sure large LHSs will be able to support having a good stock of one95s. Plus, we have two different ideas of large quantities based on the size of our shops... Large quantity to us is probably 20-25 sticks. Normal is 12-18 when a series comes out. For a bigger shop our large quantity would be a small quantity, with a large quantity being 100+. Do i expect 100 one95s at hockeyworld or perianis or total hockey? No. But do i expect 30 or so bauer one95s there this spring? Wont surprise me.
  3. Sorry missed this.... They ran almost identical on me as the one95s plus probably 2 inches further down in sixpack area. IIRC there wasn't really any noticeable plastic inserts. I know there are some in shoulders but for chest there really isn't. Its like all the foam stuff.... very comfortable. And at the 110? price tag i think it will be, its going to sell really well. If kids try on these and x60s or one95s or 10ks, they'll probably go with these.
  4. Earliest is probably first of February, then anywhere between then and mid-may would be repeat orders basically, i wouldn't expect big quantities in stock until june.
  5. Nope. The shaft for the OPS is elliptical while the shaft for the shaft is square the whole way with a standard taper.
  6. That's a trick question, you wouldn't sell them anything that wasn't from Bauer. I guess that's the difference. The Bauer product sells! But to get back on topic. Do guys think Warrior is losing momentum, gaining momentum, or just staying about the same with their OPS and gear? In this area, Warrior has grown significantly. They can't keep the product in stock and it goes out the door as fast as it comes in. Same here. However we've noticed a regress in their sticks, as it seems kids aren't having luck with them in terms of durability. Lots of adults swear by them though.
  7. Seen projekts... sick. They're the best shouldies this year imo. Tried all the other ones on and i loved this one the most. Props to warrior for fixing the protective gear from the previous season. There seemed to be a bit of problems with them in terms of durability, seems that is going to be fixed. Also liking the new color schemes on them. What they need to stop doing though is redesigning almost everything year after year. Every other company has their shit go for two seasons, warrior needs to do the same. As a retailer it is quite annoying when we'll order the new kronik, to have this years and a couple of the previous year's still in stock. If they come out with a new kronik next season and new dolomite, that'll probably be the point they really start to piss retailers off.... we're almost there now with their sticks. HUGE props for them kind of customizing and making the franchises look cooler than the bully/bonafide. Navy/red/white is ridiculous. Anyways, should be a great year again for warrior.
  8. Atleast there are usually at max one person with tblades on the ice. I played against a team where they ALL had tblades... i had headaches for weeks.
  9. Cost will be the same as regulars. Probably around the 160 range. IIRC the only noticeable difference is the palm, where the pro will be a little more tapered and the regular x60 will feel more loose.
  10. It wont. Its the same thing with a different number on it and no nike logo.
  11. I believe you can. Just fill it out on the sheet. It's the same way people get the pinky finger done. Unless you mean done visually on the customizer. What sheet? I meant by the customizer... didn't know there was any other form of creating them.
  12. Nice. Warrior really needs to allow you to do each finger differently for the customizer.
  13. Correct. Every Q4 bauer releases either the new vapor line of sticks or the new supreme line of sticks, next Q4 is supreme's turn.
  14. so with this logic, i should have to pay 10 bucks to get intel's i7 processor, because, that is how much it costed them to make it? if only... god forbid they'd have to pay employees to make the product, pay for the shipping and casing costs, pay for the research and deveoplment, pay for the warehouse and electric bill, pay to market it.... god forbid any company would have to do that. BUT WAIT, THERES MORE! God forbid a computer ship store would have to pay for their employees, the cost of all the sides of business, and pay for the cost of what if this thing wont sell, then were screwed (rainy day money), god forbid people have to pay for that shit. you sir are not smart. take that. enjoy your fairytale world where millions of dollars in R&D and product and materials mean that i have to pay for what the item costed them to make it, regardless of how much tech $$$ went into it. can you ban on idiocricy?
  15. MAP on the one100 is 600. MAP one the one95 was 650. as for if they put fusion steel on the one100, it would have been a 650 skate, instead of 600. I'm guessing there will be some LHS's that might sell you fusion steel if you want for half the price, but then they'd get to keep the 2.1 steel, and have it at the 650 price.
  16. Okay, then it is just demographics, as easton ops (especially se16 and s19) are selling like crazy. We sold out of STs forever ago. If we sell 3 easton top-line ops sticks, we sold 2 bauertop-line ops sticks. Right now with the x60 coming out we're even with bauer/easton, but i think that is also because we've gone through 90% of our easton inventory and only got weird curves or unpopular flexes left in easton, and our bauer is mostly stocked Anyways part of the reason i think easton sticks also sell so well is because they aren't flashy. RBK/CCM are becoming more and more flashy every year, warrior's look like graffiti, and the bauer is still pretty plain like easton but pops a little flare to make them stand out more. As for mid-range sticks thought? Bauer is outselling easton big-time, too. Probably because the people at that price range care more about looks and asthetics rather than feel/performance.
  17. You still forgot to mention it. It's THAT important. :P
  18. you'll love the shin guard then, probably. wrap around lock on the back gives you alot more protection then before, and less slippage from what ive been told. basically the new stealth protective line is a huge improvement over the previous models. easton finally is catching up in almost all areas, and still excels in sticks.
  19. a full grown adult snapped a stick designed for a kid 100lbs or less. that doesn't prove a durability issue, that proves an intelligence issue with the rep. he didn't lean in into it though. like, all he was doing was pushing slightly on it in the middle.... it flexed like an inch and snapped... but yeah, pretty dumb by our rep. needless to say, we didn't get the octogun line :P
  20. Technology is still there. There will be a U+ Octogun coming out.... Well they were kind of busts... I've seen one in a kids hands this season, and he said he got it free. And when our dealer had it to show off, i snapped an 85 flex on a wristshot, and a 100flex on a snapshot in a span of 2 minutes (snapped on third shot each time)... and our rep flexed a 50 and snapped it.. durability seemed to be like an issue, however, i think that like a redo of it making it more durable would do well in rec leagues.
  21. Yup. Its been hanging in my room for over 10 years. lol. Pete Fregoe is on it, too. Remember him? LOL I think Sejna is on it, not quite sure though.
  22. what does a guy have to do to get those cole gloves off your hands...? if it makes everyone feel any better, i have his autograph on a hockey stick from 1996. for sale at 400 dollars, it also has an autograph with fellow NHLer scott clemmensen, and semi-pro player pete fregoe. PM with payment information :P ;)
  23. he has 30 cnts. assuming the poster is aged 20-30, and he plays until he is 50, that is one stick per season. pretty good, actually. i know i break more than one a year. So therefore, he has a life-time supply of a stick he loves. That, or he found a truck on the side of a road & took the sticks and is looking to sell them for like 50 bucks a pop or something. Either way, excessive, but cool. Can't lie. :P And if this guy is in the age of 15-20, they tend to break 300% more sticks than older people do in rec leagues, so if he is say 16, this will last him 7-8 years, a very good supply. Or, maybe he just got a GREAT deal on them and realized he could just give him to his kids when they grow older to use that kind of stick. Imo can't say its stupid without a reason on having so many of them.
