2014 Bauer Hockey Catalogue

For clarification it was mentioned that Nexus comes out in Summer. The stick line is available and launches same time as Supreme skates, Vapor gear, etc. April 17th I believe? The rest of the Nexus line (skates, protective) comes out in June. I believe the 20th is official launch. 2.1 is dead - Bauer no longer produces it. It is not made in LSEdge. -

For those bummed about Iginla curve - Datsyuk in Reebok Tavares in CCM is pretty close. -
Your unknown USHL team CLs belonged to the Lincoln Stars

The ice house in NJ with DarkStar would be well worth your drive over.

2013 Easton Hockey Catalogue

If it can actually be proven to significantly improve the safety of players with concussions - and I mean significantly - it will do amazing. However I doubt they'll be able to prove that in any way shape or form. If a company came out with a legit concussion proof helmet - a $399 or $299 price tag is in no way out of the question - and it would sell well, too. If I have kids that play hockey, I don't care how much it would cost to keep them safe - if my budget for skates and helmet are $500, I'll gladly spend $300 of that on a helmet and then $200 skates, instead of $100 or $200 helmet with $300-$400 skates. -

Just different. Felt like a cross between the x7.0 & x6.0. -

Well... I wouldn't go as far as saying the x90 = the x7.0 & x60. Definitely noticeably different IMO. -

You are correct, x100 will be MAP'd at $699.99. One interesting side note about the x100 though, its not the same as apx minus fusion steel. Very similar, but not identical. -

Which is why I don't get why they're even allowed. Not going to complain.... jumping on that bandwagon this year! -
We had a kid do that to a pair of CCM 4rolls last year. He played for our junior team & wanted to break them in instantly so asked us if we could bake them. Turns out it helps alot, apparently. Durability wise though he did this mid-season (December I think) and he definitely needed new gloves in March. Granted though that is skating 20 hours a week...
-
I will try my hardest to chirp the PH on the cuff.
-
That is arguably the most depressing sentence I have read in a long time.
-
Wait, you wanted one of your gloves to have a big square block on it? Why?
-
-
Because not a lot of people actually like skating on it. Last season for my local juniors team, one kid, out of 12-15 that tried it, liked and kept LS3/step. Not sure if it is they don't like change, or just hate it, but to me that is saying something. I would love if they put LS3 on all skates - we'd sell so much more replacement steel with kids swapping it out for LS2.
-
on customs they just do the back two coppered unless asked for the 3rd.
-
3. Alive composite boots are 3 minutes, one at a time.
-
It's 3 minutes @ 200, one skate at a time.
-
Lhs takes the measurements and tells bauer what the deal is. In special cases people send in foot trace, but we personally haven't. It's just a form to fill out.
-
They wouldn't have given you a discount, he woulda pretty much come out even doing that for you.
-
some shops (Mainly in minnesota) SMUed p14 one95s up the ass. Because the kid who went really high bjugstad (or however you spell it) in the draft uses that curve, and his dad, a legend in minnesota, designed that curve if im not mistaken.
-
They don't make junior total ones or junior sized fusion... weird
-
Krev is right, junior b and c is a joke. Like a complete joke, skill level is typically a or bad aa. Full of 19 year old fightwrs
-
( to total ones coming out)
