  1. Eh, some of the pertinent stuff:
  2. With the inconsistencies of wood it'd seem to be a push to me.
  3. Check with a LHS and just see if maybe they'd buy the rest. Weirder things have happened because back in the day I had the old Canuck scheme done on some Easton 1350s and my LHS bought the surplus.
  4. Unless they changed their rules, I think you'll need to get at least 6 pair; maybe a dozen.
  5. The woman's fufilled her contractual obligations for the last contest, we're back to Kosy's.
  6. They're holding up like champs and I have no noticeable wear. Palms have held up a lot better than I thought they would. Kovalchuk: There are some Arnotts there (Gold and another one in there) but I have a Gomez and Niedermayer off to the side and not in that pic.
  7. Yup, those are the lot of which I rotate but trust me when there are some on the board that make that look like tiny.
  8. Still with the TPS hybrids and sticks vary from time to time.
  9. 192.5cm, whoo hooo.
  10. We technically can't either but I'm not going to go Ty Cobb anyone and our outfields are too slick for anything to work. Conversions are great though, but when I had those I got called on for having spikes more than when I've actually had them on.
  11. Plus bats generally have a nice year-long warranty. Tanels were the ones with the 360 degree cleats right? Circular pattern? I still use my metals in the OF and just make sure not to walk on the concrete.
  12. Go with composites. Synergy is a champ and so is the Worth Wicked composite.
  13. Oh yeah, they do hit like a dream but no power. If you're into spraying the ball for basehits, composites are mint. I love the feel but chicks dig the long ball....which to me is legging one out that I hit at a girl real hard.
  14. Honestly? I don't care for them and they seem to die out. I like aluminum better and absolutely love the Stealth because it has a composite handle with a metal barrel. Those are the kinds of bats I prefer for power.
  15. I'll have to look into that. Some assbag on the team that pretty much had bought all of the team's equipment pulled a Cartman and quit this year, taking his shit with him. I currently own 50% of our bats and we got the corporate OK to get more.
  16. Yeah, I made sure mine was legal. I think it was the Synergy+ that got banned, so they made the Synergy 2. I just learned to stay away from anything with Titanium or made by Miken.
  17. Started last year with a team at my work. I went in thinking it was easy peasy compared to baseball but damn did I look foolish. Got the Stealth and Synergy bats last year and still rock my old Trap-Eze.
  18. I had teammates order from there and they were pleased with the service. Sure they don't have a flashy website like other places, but this is the place that gets Easton's new line available before anyone else.
  19. Do you guys have that movie starring that one guy who was in that other movie with that girl?
  20. Yes, at so many different levels it's wrong.

    TPS HGT

    Open for review.
  22. That I wouldn't know about, but those things were a crime against vision.
  23. You mean the ones with "Sold to BobEP" beside them?
  24. Helmet: Nike 0004 - used it for years; fits well Visor: None Shoulder pads: Jofa 9400 - light, easy to move in Elbow pads: Old-ass Cooper Techniflexes - just love how they feel Gloves: TPS HG1/HGT customs Pants: Tackla 4000 girdle, Tall - light and I prefer girdles in general Shin pads: Jofa 9090 - like the protection plus they had the long cut Skates: Nike V-12s - Great break-in; most comfortable skates since my 705s Stick: Easton A/C 7100 or Grip Lite with my blades - tanks with flexes I prefer
