He has to be feeling crappy. Him and Letang were BFF's. Atleast he can enjoy a nice weather city for the first time in his career.

Kovalev in the building for the Penguins game tonight vs. Wild. And Perron scores.

Ehh.. it looks a little less severe than his curve. Although he has so many versions floating around it's tough to compare anymore.

They were at the Warrior tent sale. Literally a ton of sticks. As far as I know the leftover stuff went in the baler.
-
Thanks to Warrior! $50 is an insane price for these sticks.

Was at the local rink for stick & puck. Now it's a 10 p.m session so its there's a group of 6-8 teenage kids there jacking around. Well I guess two tween girls tagged along and they were horse-playing on the bench. Now I bring both my sticks to the bench, but leave one in the side runway away from the rest of the sticks so I can keep an eye on it. Well, one of these tween girls grabs my extra stick, then picks it up and starts tomahawk-chopping it over the bench boards just trying to get the attention of one of the kids. Naturally I skate over to the bench at the speed of light and proceed to rip the stick out of her hands then look at her and give here the ''What the **** are you doing?!'' Naturally she gives me a blank stare, then turns down the runway never to be seen again. Not buying the ''it's just a stick argument''. These are Kovalchuk Pro Widows. Not like I can go down to Total Hockey and grab one off the shelf. Wouldn't have felt bad if she lost a finger. Kids these days.

2013 Warrior Hockey Catalogue

Thanks Keith. I'm glad I snagged a Gionta in the first gen Dynasty when I did. I guess it's just too niche of a curve for the masses. Any info when the DT1 hits the customizer? Or is that still down the road? -

There are a number of high-profile players currently in Luxes as of today. Kovalchuk, Anisimov, Spezza, Pavelski, etc.. But I guess there are still guys running around in Creepers too so it shouldn't be an issue.. -

No Gionta on the AX1 or DT1. My ''Save the Gionta'' campaign was for naught. Also surprised to see the Luxe scrapped. Will they still be pro-options or are you converting everyone to Coverts? -
DU Franchises

My teammates in college used to pull the same trick. Steal the goal bag from the locker room and fill it cases of beer and liquor and everyone's shoulder pads. The shoulder pads took up the most space but were the lightest so it made the bag look full. Guys used to tell the hall prefects on duty on weekend nights that they were taking their gear up to their room for ''repairs and adjustments''.

2 interesting pairs of Franchises this week.. ''Snake 8'' Brent Burns Franchises. Surprisingly 13''. Digital overlay, kangaroo guesset tips, and aggressive slate on the cuff. Modded up Charas. One cuff was chopped and re-stitched. Custom molded plastic for thumb protection. Can be removed if unwanted.
