i just bought nhl 06 and me and my friend did the online roster download, but crosby's not included. Does anybody know if he will be soon?

Has anyone played both NHL games yet? I am going to try both before I buy, I demo'd the EA game today. I really liked it actually. Tampas goalie stood on his bloody head, which I'd much rather see than the 2 D standing on the goal line blocking my shots (which was the problem I had with 2K4)

off topic sorta , but i just bought it tonight and it was only $29.99 , EA games are usually like $50 i thought , anyone else get it for $30?

Yeah I got it for 30$ and NHL 2K6 for 20$. EA's game was so terrible last year I didn't think it would be too different this year. WRONG. In my opinion it is better (more fun?) than 2K6. 2K6 is slow (even after tweeking the settings) and just looks awkward. Plus in '06 you can injure D-men with slapshtos which I thought was hillarious. These are just initial thoughts though. If you have any Q's I will be happy to answer them.

EA said as soon as Crosby plays his first NHL game, they will have an update for the roster for him. Also anything AFTER the Kariya trade that hasn't been updated already will be released through a patch, probably the one you guys said you downloaded.

crosby isn't on it because he hasn't played an NHL game yet, if you meant in it, theres been posts in previous pages..

The game came out on the 6th but in many places there was a shipping delay so it supposedly came out on the 7th, here in Vancouver (the game is made in Burnaby which is like 20 mintues away from where I live) the game came out today. EB sold out of PC versions so it looks like im goin to Futureshop now to get it. I can't contain my addiction, I need my FIX NOW!!!!
