New Easton UL Color?

On page 62 of the new S.I. (the Hockey Preview) there is a picture of Paul Kariya, and it appears that he is using a black Easton UL (black shaft with white graphics). Does anyone know if this is a P.E. or if the ULs will now be black instead of metallic green or is it just the light making it appear black? Just curious and thank you in advance.

He is also using branded Easton blades.

The new UL's are red, and have that tacky grip on it. I'm not even sure if you can get a regular UL anymore. The ones I've seen are the red, and called "Ultra Lite Grip".

The Easton Ultra Lite is still available in non-grip form. The Ultra Lite Grip is the replacement for the Grip Lite.

I can only pray they would put decent colors on the UL shaft again. The metallic green and the red UL grip are just not my cup of tea.

I heard someone saying that Easton made a shaft out of a stealth just for kariya.

Don't know any more details.

Does Kariya's "Ultra Lite" shaft look similar to Shanahans Classic?

From what I've seen of it, it kind of looks like the old dark maroon T-Flexes (closer to black) with some yellow-ish shading to the letters.
