I've been seeing a ton of Mission sticks this year and more every week. In fact I actually mentioned it to someone tonight. It really looks like a lot of pros are starting to convert.

I agree Chadd, and Alot of people who use Mission sticks are good, one example is Brian Rafalski is a good D-man, Anson Carter is playing good with the Sedin's this year

The Endure is a compromise between performance and durability. Although this compromise in weight for added toughness is very intresting for the retail market, the pros aren't looking for added durability but rather for increased performance, that's why I think the Vapor XXX is more intresting for them than the Endure.

I think Mission is gaining more popularity than before, but it isn't overly common among players. Alot are starting to jump on the Bauer bandwagon too though and I am a little surprised CCM doesn't have a few more users after so many were forced last year in the AHL.

Satan on the Islanders - M1-- hes a goal scorer.

Ben

P.S You guys should post some reviews on the Hex-1 and some of the newer sticks V130 etc etc .

Gaborik hasn't used Mission sticks for a couple years. Satan actually uses an M-2 with a wood blade. But there are more Hex-1 cropping up around the league. A few of note are Armstrong on the Kings, Ribiero, Boynton, and Boyes.

There are a few more using Missions, but I wouldn't say 'a lot.' The biggest conversion I have seen is the use of Warrior.

Someone stated there are a lot more Bauer users than in previous years as well.

I believe Marian Gaborik from the Wild uses Mission.  He a goal scorer too.

wrong hes using stealths last time i seen.

I could've sworn I saw him using a Hex when they last played Dallas. Wouldn't be the first time I was wrong and it sure won't be the last.

well it's not like you can't see the sticks on your 400" plasma HDTV with center ice package, while i sit at home and watch a week old replay of a blue's game cause our cable network has no hockey.

I've done reviews on the Hex-1, M-1, and L-2.

No one's mentioned Hatcher? He used the Hex-1 Grip. and Mike Ribeiro? They're all good players who happen to use Mission.

i see the hex 1 alot now(the white one?) and everybodys wearing that new mission helmet

I've noticed that too, but I wonder if those are really Hex or the new top-of-the-line Mission OPS (Pulse?) painted like a Hex.

Two or three Bruins are using them, but now they all have standard blades in them. Possible that they're M-2's painted.

Just watching the leafs highlights -- Khavanov seems to have the same thing to -- Hex 1 shaft - black standard blade.

Ben
