I am curious to see what big name players people have got autograph's from.

(I have some pictures up on my wall that got me thinking).

What is your favorite one that you have? and how did you get these autographs

Here's My List:

Tiger Williams- He played in an Alumni game(went and got autographs)

Bobby Hull- " Alumni Game

Guy Lafleur- " Alumni Game

Richard Brodeur (King Richard)- Alumni Game

I have more, but I couldn't find the program with them in it, If I find them i will edit my post

Phil Housely- Won at a tournament

Walter Gretzky- He was at the Challenge Cup that I played at a couple years ago

*My Favorite* (for sure)

Joe Sakic- I know someone who is Scott/Rob Niedermeyer's cousins and when they were both at the Olympics, They got me Joe Sakic's autograph :D

*not sure if this is in the right place, please move it if needed Mods*

*Jarome Iginla* - Bumped into him before the WCH04 final. Simply the coolest person I have ever met in my life.

*Theo Fleury* - Was playing in Edinburgh and got 2 autographs from him. He also commented on my team's playing.

Chris Higgins - Birthday gift from my friend in Hamilton.

Jozef Balej - Christmas presents from my Hamilton lovers.

I have a ton of stuff, but I'm only going to mention the things that come to mind. I don't want to spend hours going through stuff.

Used sticks (all signed):

Jere Lehtinen (Bauer woody)

Brendan Morrow (snapped Response)

Niko Kapanen (1052 Groovelite)

Antti Miettinen (Revolution)

Stu Barnes (Rubber Response)

Steve Ott (Response)

Darryl Sydor (Triflex)

John MacLean (Hespeler shaft/Jofa blade)

Jon Sim (Hull UL/Easton blade)

Roman Lyashenko (Z-core/Easton blade...RIP Roman)

Jerseys:

Lyashenko replica with the majority of Stars player from 2000 to about 2002

Sydor replica with a lot of Stars players from the beginning of above time frame

Finland Lehtinen jersey with Lehtinen, Numminen, Kapanen, and Helenius autos

That's just about half of the stuff I've got. Lots of pucks, a couple pictures, and a couple odd pieces of equipment are all I think that I left out. I used to be really into collecting autographs, but it's tailed off since I started to play myself since former memrobilia money is more likely to pay for equipment for me.

EDIT: Correction on exaggeration.

I bought a bunch on BAP signature cards a few years ago and I have a lot of auto'd cards, the biggest names are probably Jagr and Yzerman, but I got a lot of rookies and I think I got an Ilya Kovalchuk in there some where too. My dad got me a Joey Mullen auto on a golf score card.

Bob Plager signed puck.

Kelly Chase signed photo.

Vitali Prohkorov (former Blues player) signed pennant.

And my grand prize....the cover of my local Yellow Pages signed by Chris Pronger and Grant Fuhr. Let me give the quick explanation: The local Yellow Pages had an action shot of Pronger, Fuhr, and a San Jose Sharks player (maybe Granato). When Pronger appeared at a local department store, the only thing I had with Pronger on it was the Yellow Pages so I tore the cover off. A year later, Fuhr did signings at a car dealership so I brought the cover once again. Now I just need to get that Sharks player to sign it for the trifecta!
